IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING AN INQUIRY:

• We are a 2-story venue. Our upper floor is The Loft, and our lower floor is The Studio. We do not have an elevator and we do not book out one floor at a time. ​

​

• Our max capacity seated is 50, and our max capacity for reception is 60 to 70. 

​

• We rent in 6 hour timeslots as follows: Fridays 5pm to 11pm, Saturdays 9am to 3pm or 5pm to 11pm, Sundays 9am to 3pm or 5pm to 11pm or any custom timeslot you prefer (as long as it's 6 hours, perfect for a midday timeslot request). We do NOT do midday bookings on Saturdays.

• We do host meetings and workshops during the week (Monday to Thursday), please inquire about this and note it in the comment box provided below. 

​

• Please include as many details about the event type as possible, this will help us share a proposal faster (such as event type or other specific details). 

​

• Due to a high volume of inquires, we will strive to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours, but it may be longer than that. Thank you for your patience!
