Frequently Asked Questions

We have made every effort to create a space that comes with the key elements needed to host an event, giving you the freedom to bring as little or as much as you'd like. Included with your rental are: Stone Top 6ft rectangle tables, round back clear acrylic chairs, 2 Sonos Bluetooth and WiFi Speakers (play your own music!), Wet Bar, Built In Buffet Serving Area, Mini Wine and Beverage Fridges, access to our Kitchenette with Fridge and Microwave.  

What's Included With My Booking?

What Type Of Layout Can I Have?

We can accommodate various layouts, utilizing our rectangle tables. Due to the nature of our tables, we currently are only able to accommodate set ups with 6ft rectangle tables. We do not offer round tables at this time. 

The Venue Has 2 Floors, Can I Book Only 1?

The Loft Event Studio is booked as one whole venue, allowing you the flexibility to use both floors to create a unique event. Should you require only one floor, this can be assessed on a case by case basis, at a personalized negotiated rate. We are happy to discuss your event with you and all the ways we can make it as unique as possible!

What is the capacity of the space?

We have two floors at the venue: The Loft and The Studio. The Loft is 50 seated, and 60 to 70 standing, and the Studio is 20 seated and 40 to 50 standing. The entire venue can hold a maximum of 100 people, standing between both levels. 

Do you have a stove or dishwasher?

No, our kitchenette has a full sized fridge, large sink and microwave. 

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes! You are free to bring your own food and beverages. 2 chafing dishes are included in your rental, and additional can be added on for a rental fee. you can utilize our 115 can beverage fridge for your drinks, and our 35 bottle wine fridge for your alcoholic beverages if desired. Please note that a SOP from the AGCO will be necessary for any event serving alcohol as well as liability insurance.

Do you  have an hourly rate or packages?

Our pricing is based on a range of factors, and therefore is quoted based on the details of your event. We do offer hourly rates for photography with a minimum of 2 hours rental. Otherwise, you may send us an inquiry with the details of your event via our contact us form, and we can provide you pricing for your event. 

Is there Parking?

Yes, there is ample parking and it is complimentary.

Do you provide decor?

The loft has been carefully curated to provide the perfect backdrop to suit your needs. Should you want to add a personalized touch with decor, then you may bring in your own or we are happy to share our curated vendors list with you once you have booked your event with us. Tables and chairs are included in your rental always. 

Do you provide catering?

We created The Loft to provide a space that if flexible for you. By not providing catering, this allows you to manage your budget. It is good to note we do not have a stove on site, but do have a microwave and food warmers as well as a full fridge.
